We offer a range of synthetic conveyor belts suitable for a wide variety of industries and applications.
Made with an internal core consisting of one, two, or more layers of fabric that give the belt strength, stability and durability, they have a surface coating (or, for certain types referred to as “double-coated,” also on the underside) made of one of the following main materials:
PVC COATING

Surface options include negative pyramid, grid, honeycomb, and more, to facilitate product traction or release
Although PVC belts have limited resistance to abrasion, solvents, oils, and fats, they remain an excellent and and cost-effective solution for transporting a wide variety of products that do not require special belt properties.
POLYURETHANE COATING – TPU

High-grip surface
Food-grade and ideal for transporting soft, sticky doughs (e.g., pastry, fresh pasta, adhesive products)
Good resistance to oils and fats, with consistent performance under extreme temperatures
The high-grip surface prevents product slippage during transport, allowing for precise pickup in the original position — a key advantage in “pick and place” packaging lines

DRIVE AND RETURN DRUM
We offer a drum designed for medium to light-duty applications, delivering significant advantages thanks to its quick and easy assembly.
Made of high-quality aluminum, it features a stable structure that minimizes the risk of deformation.
Delivered ready to use, it is designed to be mounted on round shafts with keyways.
Installation is extremely simple: just mount the drum onto the shaft—no welding required—saving both time and costs.
Upon request, the drum can be supplied with a special stainless steel cover to be fixed to the sides, which prevents dirt or debris from entering the interior.

– a non-slip coating to increase grip on the belt, ideal for heavier loads or stop-and-go operation
