We offer a range of synthetic conveyor belts suitable for a wide variety of industries and applications.

Made with an internal core consisting of one, two, or more layers of fabric that give the belt strength, stability and durability, they have a surface coating (or, for certain types referred to as “double-coated,” also on the underside) made of one of the following main materials:

PVC COATING

Available in a variety of textured surfaces, chosen based on the specific application

Surface options include negative pyramid, grid, honeycomb, and more, to facilitate product traction or release

Although PVC belts have limited resistance to abrasion, solvents, oils, and fats, they remain an excellent and cost-effective solution for transporting a wide variety of products that do not require special belt properties

POLYURETHANE COATING – TPU

Superior performance across a wide range of applications

Excellent resistance to oils, fats, and hydrolysis

High level of safety for food transport operations

Smooth, micro-crack-free surfaces that facilitate cleaning processes

Outstanding dimensional stability: no tracking issues, stretching, rippling, or other deformations

High mechanical strength, even with reduced belt thickness

SILICONE COATING

Excellent release properties: products do not stick to the surface

Resistant to both high and low temperatures

High-grip surface

Food-grade and ideal for transporting soft, sticky doughs (e.g., pastry, fresh pasta, adhesive products)

Good resistance to oils and fats, with consistent performance under extreme temperatures

The high-grip surface prevents product slippage during transport, allowing for precise pickup in the original position — a key advantage in “pick and place” packaging lines
